[Year 12 IT Apps] U3O1

I've found that the students who really *need* such resources during an
outcome are often the ones who aren't fully prepared for the outcome  ;-)

FWIW, I only allow notes in SD programming outcomes to help kids cope with
the intricacies of coding syntaxes.
