Hello.

For the Outcome I don't let the students bring in their textbooks, but 
leading into it, I make sure they know where to reference all the material 
they may need. For example, so they know what a site map looks like, etc.
The outline I sent through was only a preparation; the SAC is similar with 
no page references and obvious omissions like, select appropriate design 
tools, but not lisiting which ones to choose from.
