[Technical] NOS Switchover Query

No we don't use open directory, we use the Novell equivalent. It works and I
concede, so would open directory. I am pleased they get along together, like
a few mates on Lygon Street. :-)

Is anybody prepared to say that their solution is the only or the right one?
We shouldn't let the familiar drive the obvious and accept that there are
many many right outcomes to these similar problems. For many of us, the
reason we do the things we do is probably historical, cultural and
personal.

We could all speak English, use the one telephone provider, share the same
belief, drive the same car and use mice with just one button. (don't take
the bait .. I am only teasing) Of course, the real world is a more
interesting place to live in. ;-)

Regards Roland
