[Technical] Exchange disclaimer

Hi Lorraine,

There is various ways this can be done. Some people have created
customised VB code and modified their Exchange installation where as
others have use third party applications such as those listed in the
link below.

Other ways you may be able to add automatic disclaimers is through your
anti-Spam software or appliance. We were looking at implementing a
software based disclaimer solution after we migrated to Exchange 2003
but we have now decided to investigate a hardware anti-Spam appliance
which also provides this functionality. FYI at the moment we are
testing an IronPort appliance for anti-Spam which coincidentally
provides the ability to add disclaimers to all of your outbound emails.
I am happy to test this feature and let you know how it went.

Best Regards,

Subject: [Technical] Exchange disclaimer

Hi there

Do you use Microsoft Exchange and have a disclaimer on your outgoing
emails.

If so what do you use to add it and what is the approximate cost?
