Hi Geoff Hogan
What a great book it was. Because of the advancement in machinery, a great
deal of the book is now out of date, but there are still some sections that
can be used by woodwork teachers. It has some great question and answer
sections at the end of each chapter. It would be absolutely fantastic to
have a completely updated version of the book but that would involve almost
a new book being written. Technology has come a long way since that book
was written but the general framework or structure of the book has value.
Chapters like the growth of trees is still relevant. I for one will listen
to the program.
