[vet-mm] Web Conferencing with Elluminate

Hi Stuart
I have used a Mac no problems, the only issue we have is the secure socket layer behind the netspace firewall, it is intermittent and painful and times out. Our technicians blame Netspace and the edupass proxy.
also as far as the exam question I'm sure they have got the B answer confused, it should say sacrificing quality for filesize.
