[vet-mm] printers

We are investigating a color copier / printer for our library. It's hard to
beat the economy of scale when you juggle quality, cost, speed and features
such A3 and duplex printing. If the library is closed, students can
currently send their print jobs to the colour printer in the general office
then drop past to pick up their work.
