[Moodle] Dear moodle - How do I love thee? Let me count the ways.

The workshop module is brilliant for peer assessment.  I used it
extensively with SD34 to ensure that they were up-to-speed with SAC
criteria, and have a reasonable understanding of the type of work other
students are producing; also with Year 9 multimedia task (80 students).
