I am pretty sure that Microsoft has part shares in Blackboard. Remember the
big fight back in 2005 when both claimed that they had invented online
learning?

Oracle has a huge background in Education but don't abuse it for gratuitous
self-promotion as others have done. They are responsible for the Think.com,
Thinkquest etc. There are some links from this website.

I was impressed by a breakfast presentation that was given by them to ACCE
2008 study tour participants back in June this year. (A thousand thank you's
to VITTA and my school for cosponsoring my attendance)
