[Year 12 IPM] CSS Critique Invited - to Laurie from Keith

Woohoo! It looks pretty good to me. I've never risked the div within div
within div trick but it obviously works - and well. Ive looked at it
with Firefox and Epiphany - I rarely work in a Windows environment - and
it looks very elegant.
