[Yr11 Information Technology] U2O1- suggestions for next task with slow internet?

Personal experience. Don't have empirical evidence, but yesterday I thought
of asking the techs to measure it so I can make a case to DEECD. Surely
Netspace must have a minimum performance level in their contract...
