[Yr11 Information Technology] Recommend a productivity tool: Diigo -- Highlight and share the web

Hello everyone,

This doesn’t seem like spam to me.

How many postings have suggested trying specific programs? We have had blogger.com and edublogs, Wikispaces and pbwiki, deli.cio.us and dingo. We have had suggestions for slide casts and screen casts (Jing). Not to mention the open source equivalents such as Moodle.

To me, these are all legitimate programs for us to be trying out and giving our opinion to others to save them time and energy by saying “Here is one that I like and I think it works well. Have a look at it yourself.”

So, I welcome the suggestion from Gail.

I would love to hear more suggestions for widgets that other teachers find useful.

Regards, Bill Oldham <:0)

from Magical Bill's Balloonacy in Melbourne, Australia

Whoops. Bill Oldham (sessional teacher at Chisholm TAFE and VU)

Is this an appropriate use of this list? This seems to me to be spam.
