Yep, you guessed it, me too....
Time available - (3 outcomes + theory ) = little prep time + zip spare time (assuming a full load here)
I'm all for 2 outcomes at unit 1 and 2 level.
Programming outcome last? didn't even think of that option...heck it actually makes sense for me (gives a longer learning curve!) Reckon I might do it that way now...thanks for the idea guys!
 
Can just see it now...next version of study design to include more theory and a shorter teaching year....yep! more stress awaits.....hmmmm

We agree also, we both found to have very little time to cover outcome 3. Has anyone got any great ideas for Unit 2 Outcome 1? We are thinking of leaving it until last so that we can properly prepare for it.

Hi,

I also concur that the Year 11 course has too much in it. I to spent so much time trying to do a good job on the first two outcomes that it left precious little time for the third outcome. I definitely think some rejigging is necessary.
