[Technical] Staff personal laptops

The answer would be no, as most staff have access to a Deecd provided
notebook. (We don't support Vista yet, although the department is starting
to roll out laptops with it), and their are plenty of staff-access desktops
in the staffroom with staff software loaded onto them.
