[Year 12 SofDev] Error in 'Advice for Teachers'

It would be nice if VCAA maintained a public and transparent revisions log
of such online resources so readers could refer to amendments.

And regarding the downloadable version of the 'Advice' site, it is not
*terribly* hard (I imagine) to find site leeching tools to quickly rip all
of the web pages and support documents to one's hard disk, and even
automatically revise all of the pages' links so they work on a local
computer, even when offline.

That could also be a way to archive historical versions of the site
to later confirm any amendments.
