[Year 12 SofDev] Pseudocode tweak - VITTA 2012 SD Exam #1, Question C8b

Hi Maggie. In two other places in the pseudocode, IFs were closed by END
IF. This IF was not.

I agree that END IF is not always required (VITTA 2012 SD Exam #2, C7 is a
classic case)

but if END IFs are used twice in a piece of pseudocode, it should also be
used in the third case!
