[Year 12 SofDev] U3O2 practice task

Thanks, Claudia.  Congratulations on your elevation to VCAA!

In my practice task, I was following the style of the detailed example in
the study design, which had the distinct aroma of a case-study.

In that, it was interesting to note how simple the programming requirements
were.
