[Offtopic] Facebook and staff productivity

Have you ever wondered if, at a staff meeting, the person twiddling the
paperclips or catching up on email is also the teacher who demands that
students sit and listen to them and show complete attention for 50+ minutes?
Staff meetings should be run the same way as we aspire to teach all our
classes, after all, information is being passed on, expected to be acted
upon and outcomes produced - it's just that the audience is a little (or
a lot ;) ) older.
Does anyone have any examples of an engaging, productive staff meeting
and how it was achieved?
Cheers
Cameron
