I hadn't noticed the bit about staff, though I would consider a
similar approach to the one for students.

I don't like the sound of that last sentence - what exactly are you
trying to achieve by getting your staff blogging? If you want to use
blogs as a genuine and successful reflection tool, then I don't think
an approach like this will get there. If you prevent staff from
blogging critically about the school with their name attached, they
will just do the same under a pseudonym.
