[Moodle] time allowance

Thanks Allan, that is very helpful and I can approach the bosses here 
with a bit of background now.  They are not allowing anytime at all and 
being a newby to this its going to be hard.
I have booked into the Oodles of Moodle but I feel I am going to need 
all the help I can get.
