[Moodle] Workshop module

I have used it a bit myself.

I think it is brilliant for teaching my students what criteria actually mean. It's all
well and good to talk about it but when they actually mark some work it finally has
meaning to them.

A caution though. I've found the Workshop module to be very fragile. I deleted a
student's assessment before the whole workshop was completed which had nasty flow on
effects with that student not being able to assess anyone else's work as well as no
other students being able to assess their work.
