[Moodle] Moodle 1.7

Thanks James,

I have so far assigned all teachers as non-editing, so they can see the
staff bulletin, etc which students cannot see. Then I have added each
teacher (as an editing teacher) into each course.

I couldn't see where you can change roles for course categories.
