That's correct - analysis only applies to the ongoing information problem, and not to the user documentation.

Thanks, Paula.

No analysis is needed for the ITA U4O1 user documentation.

Dear colleagues

The analysis only relates to the ongoing information problem (KK5) and analyse current practices (KS2), but the design and development stages are applied to both the solution and the user documentation (hence solutionS) for Task 1. The evaluation of both the ongoing solution and the user documentation form Task 2.

Hope this clear things up.

Paula

Hi Paula and all. I'd appreciate some clarification of U4O1 assessment of analysis.

In the assessment handbook for ITA U4O1, the top mark rubric refers to analysis of "all solution requirements". Does this include analysis of the user documentation component?

Later in the rubric it deliberately refers to design/testing of "the ongoing solution AND user documentation", and evaluation criteria for the solutionS (plural).

This leaves analysis rather ambiguous - does it apply to just the solution, or also to the user doc?

TIA

Mark
