Jenny,

U don't sound like a know it all at all. Many of us are struggling with this area.

Mark works his ring off and puts himself out there for all of us and while it's not always perfect it always puts us in the right direction

I know I would and I'm sure Mark would appreciate it if you edited the ppt so it was correct as you see it. If nothing else it would further the discussion
