Roland, I think that the definition of cloud computing in the glossary
covers data storage. The study design states that cloud computing is 'a
service provided by large internet-based, specialised data centres that
offers offsite storage, processing and computer resources to individuals
and organisations...'

Hmm, cloud computing is as much about offsite data as it is about
running servers, software and services out there (points upwards and out
of window). It is a pitty that they missed the second half, I guess I
should have paid more attention to the draft although a quick look at
Wikipedia, Google or YouTube search would have filled that part in.
