Not ITA, but may be of interest to some out there.  From the Ultranet 
newsletter:

"The revised tender for the Ultranet was put to the market late last 
year, featuring revised specifications to ensure value for money and the 
best long-term outcomes for Victorian government schools.
Five software companies are vying for the project as part of a selective 
tender process...  The shortlisted companies are

Blackboard Australia Pty Ltd,
Desire2Learn Incorporated,
Microsoft Australia,
Oracle and
RM Asia-Pacific.

Ms Pike said the project would still be delivered within the original 
budget of $60.5 million and the original timeframe of the third quarter 
of 2010.
