[Year 12 IT Apps] Question about practice exam from Potts text

It smells like (d) in that expert systems do offer decisions based on 
stored facts and the answers given to key questions.  DSS, as I see 
them, include modelling, forecasting and simulating, which is not quite 
what the question was implying.

I'd lean a bit more towards (d) but not be too happy about the question.
