[Year 12 IT Apps] Gantt in U4O1

You're not wrong.  ProjMan is in U3O1.  U4O1 is spreadsheets, onscreen 
user documentation, and visual representation of thinking.

You might _opt_ to add ProjMan just to help get your kids organised... 
but it's not assessed.
