[Year 12 IT Apps] Help!

Dear all,

I am assisting an unfortunate ITA student to do outcomes 1 and 2 from semester 1 - his teacher - whose name and school will remain unnamed - gave the students the task from the VITTA support CD on the last day of term 2 and told them to go home over the holidays to do them! He has, unfortunately, lost the outcome 2 sheets, and my CD is at school. If there is anyone there who has them at hand, could you please email me the Word version of the Outcome 2 from the CD?
