[Year 12 IPM] IPM Exam

One last word. How many marks was the reference card question worth and
how much time did we spend discussing it? It was this attempt to provide
unique "correct" answers for nebulous, dynamic situations that really
troubled me about the course. EG for setting up a printer on the
UNISYS/CTOS system I used to manage, a manual was essential, to install
on a McLindows box who even needs a reference card?
