[Year 12 IPM] ot some help with excel 2003

Does anyone know if it is possible to display a chart when a cell is highlighted.

A student can hyperlink to another worksheet where the chart has been created but for better display purposes wanted to be able to display the chart automatically when the mouse hovers over the cell.
