[Year 12 IPM] Hover buttons in Frontpage

Understatement! Even though FP sites can look nice and are easy to 
produce I use Frontpage to illustrate to students how to create bad 
pages that cost an enormous amount to serve and are written with no 
regards to standards or conventions. Ever tried to extend and upgrade a 
site written with FP?
