DATTA Vic presents an exceptional opportunity to innovate your classroom product and technology design at our Friday keynote by designer Tim Collins (http://vic.us6.list-manage1.com/track/click?u=7ed735b6928a1ab8d30e6f12a&id=b7632a7792&e=ae7b9e9f4d) .

Tim Collins's work spans furniture to product and industrial design, allowing him to consider new possibilities in experimental design. He enjoys designing and making objects at completely different scales from jewellery, caravans and everything in between.

Career highlights include: designing and project managing the torch and cauldron for the 2006 Deaflympic Games, and designing a giant soccer ball for the 2010 World Cup.

DATTA Vic is excited to be featuring flipped classrooms expert Andrew Douch (http://vic.us6.list-manage.com/track/click?u=7ed735b6928a1ab8d30e6f12a&id=f9843842db&e=ae7b9e9f4d) at the Design Thinking conference.

He has held leading teacher positions including Head of Science and Director of ICT Innovations. He has received numerous awards for his work with emerging technologies in education, including: The Victorian Education Excellence Award (for Curriculum Innovation), an Australian Government Quality Schooling Award, and the Microsoft Worldwide Innovative Teacher of the Year Award.
