Hi Paul 

You should not develop your own assessment sheet for marking Units 3 and 4 SATs. You need to use the one provided on the Product Design and Technology page of the VCAA website. Go to the Assessment section and download the 2013 administrative information for school based assessment. The SAT criteria and assessment sheet are in that document.
