Also in marking the exams textile students got an unfair advantage because their drawings looked better than the wood kids who had no templates to use.

This was also discussed and debated last year prior to the exam...
It is the design skills, not so much the drawing skills, which are important, although the ability to convey information visually should be something the students have some idea of.
