<div>It is the design skills, not so much the drawing skills, which are important, although the ability to convey information visually should be something the students have some idea of.</div>

<p class="MsoNormal">In this year’s exam the textiles students were not permitted to bring a figure template to use for the design option. I am not sure when this information was available, but I found this out towards the end of the year just before exams.
Is there a reason for this change?</p>
