Another example of Mark’s point (heavy snipping of original message)  …

- faulty data processing - the wrong formula was used in the spreadsheet that added up the number of cows.

I assume you could also include use of rounding or not displaying decimal places in this one? It’s easy to get 1 + 1 + 1 = 4 if you round off 1.4 + 1.4 + 1.2 before you add the digits.
