Good point Claudia..
I'd be interested in similar documents from those who can share them. (please, not just the POLT stuff, thats like pulling a tooth!)  Preferably user friendly, simple and easy to use.
 
In my case, I am interested in topic, group and teacher performance evaluation, for a variety of purposes, primarily my own growth professionally..(true!). Online surveys would be great too.

Hi all,

 

My year 10s have just finished a group assignment and am looking for samples of group evaluations that people may have developed over the years.

 

I think being about the evaluate a groups performance and skill throughout a project is important but I haven't seen many examples of how to do this honestly and effectively any assistance or samples would be appreciated.
