[Yr7-10it] Year 7-10 IT structures

Your students have a good grasp of applications? Count yourself lucky! I 
have been teaching IT for ages and if I had a dollar for every time a 
student told me they had skills *when they really didn't*, I'd be 
rolling in moolah and living la dolce vita in the Caribbean!
