Very widespread and with sufficient depth for kids to get their teeth into
some engaging problem solving.

cognitive skills, metacogitive skills and affective benefits.

The transferrable skills include:
  a.. Cartesian coordinates
  b.. negative number
  c.. position, speed, acceleration
  d.. algebraic variables
  e.. relative & absolute value
  f.. estimation
  g.. chance
  h.. structured thinking
i.. logical thinking inc. Boolean operations
  j.. team planning and development
k.. simple physics of gravity, collisions, kinematics
l.. New unidentified skills for a digital age?
