[Yr7-10it] VITTA PD - new sessions announced for 2008

We have the Technology for Video Conferencing, but I have found that our
Teachers in the "Big Smoke" don't want to know about it?????  Maybe they
like getting out of school..  (you can tell that its getting towards the end
of the year)

That's right Kent. I'm on the other side of the State "Orbost".  I'm grumpy
but not so old.  In remote areas its hard to attract teachers for the lack
of PD being available and the teachers we do have need to teach in areas
that they are not trained for?

Hey Caroline...what about for us country bumpkins...do we miss out the good
PD's again...not fair..(to sounds of foot stomps and grumbles...) Its a '3
hr tour' (gilligans island theme song..) to melbourne..(6 via the ocean
road!).

hehehe

hmmm, just spotted the Bendigo one..but thats still a 2hr tour.

just ignore me, I'm a grumpy old man (apparently)...

VITTA are planning a range of great PD for primary and secondary teachers,
including Web 2.0, Podcasting, Flash, PHP, Photostory and VCE and VET IT.

If online registrations are not open for your desired session, email
pd at vitta.org.au stating the session you'd like to attend and we'll notify
you when you can register.
