[Yr11 Information Technology] Course and manual advise

Hello folks
I would appreciate recommendations for training centres (one day courses) for Dreamweaver cs4 in the Southern/Eastern metro are.
Also any tutorial manuals purchased for student use in senior years (Antonia you mentioned one a while ago for Access, what was it again??).
