[vet-mm] questions for assessment product

I have had clarification from VCAA about the product task
- the questions that are asked by the teacher can answered within a report but if the questions are asked orally then this should be recorded.  No need to do both. Yay!

Cheers and thank you to everyone who has posted examples of their work. It would be great if we could share some more especially before the next SAC.
