Hi,

I have been working with students on the unit of competence CUFDIG301A - Prepare Video Assets. We are using Adobe Premiere as I understand it to be an industry standard software product. We have been encountering numerous problems with the import files using Macs. Even though the files are .avi, they don't playback in Premiere on the MAC (of course they work perfectly fine on my Windows PC). Anyway, upon further reading of the official UoC it mentions in the range statement that MovieMaker may be used.

Can anyone advise me whether I can switch to Windows Live MovieMaker if students continue to have problems? I suppose it will limit what we can do w.r.t. green screen but at least it will work.

Thanks
