Thanks for the speedy reply!  I had a moment of panic when I read the
school's list of 'girls not required to do the GAT' and saw it included
my students.

Yes that's correct. In the past they didn't do it, this year it's
optional for kids whose only 3-4 unit is VET
Our VCE coordinator came into class awhile back and asked if any of my
3-4 VET kids wanted to do it as they are all in year 11.
