[vet-mm] Exam - fair and reasonable expectations

Hi

Finally an exam that appears fair and reasonable after 4 years.
Students came out with a positive attitude.
Practical questions seemed achieveable within the time allocated.
Thanks to all who had input in the exam restructure.
