[Year 12 SofDev] SD exam 2016 - A20 - FR and NFR

Hi, functional requirers,

Since when did the definition of a functional requirement (FR) become, "It
must have a number attached to it, such as 3%, 500 users or 5mbps?"

Is the definition of FR suddenly the same as a 'system objective' ?

Sadly, the study design never defines FR or NFR, but Q A20 in the exam
seems to be *trying* to do it.

And I don't like it.

I don't like it its implied definition at all.
