Fascinating .. I note that where schools using an Microsoft School Agreement
licensing model, they are also required to pay licensing fees, even if the
computers are based on Linux, or using OpenOffice.org!  In a sense, an
annual payment for a system that is not running any of their software.

Many people would consider this to be quite unfair.
