G'day,

I have configured moodle 2 on a Linux VM with LDAP sync to AD.
The secret seems to be in the LDAP strings, specifically the container (CN) & organizational units (OU), I found the "How to" examples on Moodle support didn't work but did with slight alteration. The bind settings are straightforward.  It is important to configure Data Mapping to fill in the mandatory fields for account creation (Full Name, username, email address etc.) & locking those fields in moodle otherwise students may input incorrect data during first logon.  This information must be in AD of course.

I haven't had any issues with viewing uploaded documents.  Can you expand on that problem?

Hi all I was wondering if any of the members knew of a Moodle 2.0 expert to assist our college with setting up Moodle 2.0. We have it running at the moment but need help with syncing accounts with active directory and one other issue with viewing uploaded student documents. Hope somebody can help in our search.
