[Moodle] Ideal Server Specs for Moodle?

I'm running a Linux box with 1 GB of RAM. It's biggest test was handling 
the year 10 end of year exams - about 75+ students logged in and doing 
online quizzes and uploading exercises. It ran beautifully.
